Quick Pickled Shallots

I put these bad boys in everything. They are so tasty.


  • 1 shallot, cut into slivers
  • 1/4-1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • pinch of salt
Place shallot slivers into a small container, cover with apple cider vinegar, and stir in the brown sugar and salt. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
Tip: An hour is all you need for them to be useable, but they just get better and better over the course of a few days.
